ACORD 25
Definition
ACORD 25 is the standard certificate of liability insurance form used to summarize a party's coverage, limits, and policy dates.
Why it matters operationally
Most COIs you receive are ACORD 25s. Knowing where to read coverage types, limits, and the expiration date is what makes tracking possible.
Example
An ACORD 25 lists general liability, auto, and umbrella coverage with each policy's expiration.
